Prescriptions

If you are on regular medication you will be issued with a counterfoil listing your repeat medication.

Please allow two working days for all requests including those prescriptions that are collected by local pharmacies (such as Boots Drakes Circus etc).

To obtain a repeat prescription either:
* Leave your counterfoil at either Surgery
* Post your counterfoil enclosing a stamped envelope if wish your script to be posted to you
* Fax your request on 01752 261520 or for University students 01752 665906
* Or please Order online 

If you wish to order prescriptions online please call in to the Surgery and talk to one of our receptionists who will be happy to supply you with personalised log-in information.

We are only able to issue a repeat prescription if:
* you have a counterfoil
* the items you require are listed on the counterfoil
* you are not significantly under or over using your medication
* your review date (normally 12 months) has not expired

If we are unable to issue a prescription we will contact you.
